We would like to invite you to check in 10 or 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy our relaxation room. You may take a few minutes here to relax with a cup of tea, fresh water, or a light snack. As a curiosity to others visiting the spa we do ask that you avoid the use of cell phones. 

Cancellation Policy

Your time is extremely important to us therefore we are reserving a spot just for you. We do not take walk in appointments. Failing to contact us 24 hours or more to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a charge of half the amount of the scheduled service. Two or more spa services will require a 48 hour notice. This charge is to compensate the time that was reserved for you as we will not be able to accommodate another person with such short notice. A credit card will be required to schedule any appointment, please be prepared to provide the card that you would like to have on file. We ask you only schedule appointments you can ensure you will be able to make, please keep this in mind when scheduling. 

Guest Timeliness

For new guest we ask you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill our appropriate paperwork. Return clients may arrive early to utilize our relaxation room before any scheduled service. It is important to arrive on time,

arriving late may possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not as effective, relaxing or shortened in time. The following guest's service will not be delayed, therefore appointments aren't extended based on late arrivals, please plan accordingly. 

Quiet Zone

When entering the spa we ask that you have your cell phone turned off. If you need to take a phone call for any reason please step outside to avoid interrupting another guest and their experience. It is very important that we keep our spa' s atmosphere quiet and peaceful, therefore speaking quietly is appreciated by our staff and clients receiving services.

**Because we offer therapeutics treatment, we do not allow children inside the spa unless they are scheduled for a service with us. Thank you for understanding.
